| Caye Caulker offers plenty of good
dive sites around the cayes, reefs and atolls near by. The visibility is good and
you can find diverse corals and a variety of fish - though not that many. Diving is
expensive compared to Asia and the service level is designed for the lazy American
tourist... Somewhat awkward being a European and being used to taking care of my

Placencia in southern Belize more or
less offers the same kind of diving as you will find around Caye Caulker. Good corals,
